My story
I'm Natalie Dumond. And I believe every great business deserves to be seen.
I've called Muskoka home since 2014 — first as a cottager who fell completely in love with the lakes, the trees, and the pace of life up here, and then as someone who never wanted to leave. So I didn't.
I put down real roots. Three kids, one 120-pound Goldendoodle who has absolutely no idea he isn't a lap dog, and a deep belief that this place and the people building their lives and businesses here are something worth celebrating.
For seven years I've worked as an ICF Certified Coach, a Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, and a speaker — helping women, leaders, and corporate teams show up with more confidence, courage, and authenticity.
I've facilitated workshops for major organizations across Canada, contributed to Brené Brown's Dare to Lead, and built a coaching framework around one belief: when people feel seen and supported, they rise.
"When people feel seen and supported, they rise. The same is true for businesses."
Then I looked around at the businesses I love here in Muskoka — the contractors and home builders, the restaurant owners, the shop owners on Main Street, the hospitality businesses that keep this town running year-round — and I thought: these businesses deserve to be seen too.
So many are exceptional at what they do. They have loyal customers, deep community roots, and stories worth telling. But their websites? Their digital presence? It doesn't come close to matching the real thing.
When AI tools made it possible to build beautiful, modern, professional websites in days — not months — I saw an opportunity. Not to replace what makes Muskoka businesses authentic. But to amplify it.
That's what Muskoka Creative is. My coaching instincts, my love of this place, and powerful AI tools — working together to help Muskoka businesses look as good as they actually are.
I'm not just passing through. I live here. I shop here. I cheer for your kids at the arena.
